Sulfo-SANPAH crosslinker(N-Sulfosuccinimidyl-6-[4-azido-2-nitrophenylamino] hexanoate) is a watersoluble, heterobifunctional protein crosslinker with a spacer arm length of18.2 Å. Sulfo-SANPAH crosslinkingreagent contains an NHS ester that reacts with primary amines and anitrophenylazide group that is photoreactive at 320-350 nm toward amino groups.
